Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR & Finance Manager to oversee HR operations, finance administration, and daily office management for our Indonesia office. This is a handson role suited for a selfdriven professional supporting a small, fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do:

Human Resources

  • Lead recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, and HR administration
  • Manage staff payroll, administration, benefits, social security, and related statutory obligations
  • Maintain accurate records, documentation, and organized filing systems
  • Stay informed on local Labour Ordinance updates and provide advice on any changes or developments

Finance

  • Develop, prepare, and oversee annual and monthly financial and management reports, including insightful commercial analysis
  • Ensure compliance with local and international regulatory requirements, and effectively communicate these to headquarters
  • Take ownership of all tax-related matters, requiring in-depth knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations
  • Monitor financial performance by tracking income and expenditures, and managing the collection, consolidation, and analysis of financial data
  • Maintaining financial security by establishing internal controls
  • Provide input to strategic planning and review processes

Office Management & Administration

  • Oversee daily office operations, facilities, and vendor management
  • Manage office supplies, contracts, and asset inventory
  • Coordinate company events, meetings, travel, and administrative support

General Duties

  • Perform adhoc tasks assigned by management
  • Collaborate with regional and HQ teams to support crossfunctional initiatives

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, Accounting, or a recognized professional qualification (e.g. ACCA)
  • 5+ years of experience in HR and/or Finance with managerial exposure
  • Good knowledge of IFRS, IFAS, tax laws and company law matters
  • Finance Systems / ERP implementation knowledge. Experience in Dynamic AX Accounting System is an advantage
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English
