Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site HR Manager role located in Jakarta, Indonesia. The HR Manager will oversee daily human resources operations, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development programs. Additional responsibilities include ensuring compliance with labor regulations, managing compensation and benefits, developing HR strategies, and fostering a positive organizational culture. The HR Manager will work closely with leadership to align HR goals with the company's objectives.

Qualifications

  • Ensure HR policies and practices comply with labor regulations and Financial Services industry standards.
  • Understand and implement HR-related compliance in line with OJK regulations for Financial Services companies.
  • Develop and manage organizational structure, KPI systems, competency frameworks, succession planning, and performance management processes.
  • Build effective hiring strategies to support business growth and manpower planning.
  • Oversee salary structure, grading systems, employee benefits, and retention programs.
  • Act as a strategic HR Business Partner to management and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of Labor Laws, Employment Regulations, and HR Policies
  • Excellent Interpersonal, Leadership, and communication skills
  • Experience in conflict resolution and fostering a positive work environment
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) are advantageous
  • Experience in a managerial HR role within the financial services industry, with a preference for the multi-finance industry.
