Reporting Line

Reports to: HR Manager – Southeast Asia

Enough about us, let's talk about you

You are organized, reliable, and detail-oriented, and you enjoy being the person who keeps things moving. You are comfortable coordinating across multiple workstreams, communicating with different stakeholders, and ensuring that important HR processes are completed accurately and on time.

You likely bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience across HR operations, some exposure to supporting recruitment processes will be an advantage.
  • Working knowledge of Indonesian employment practices.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and stakeholder management capability.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, HRIS.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

What does your day-to-day look like

HR Operations and employee support

  • Support employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, transfers, promotions, and offboarding.
  • Coordinate payroll inputs, benefits administration, employment documentation, and HR vendor interactions.
  • Support immigration and work visa processes, with strong attention to detail and disciplined follow-through across employees, internal stakeholders, and external vendors.
  • Help support annual HR processes, including performance-related activities.
  • Provide dependable coordination across recurring HR tasks and operational requests.
  • Help ensure HR processes are completed in line with internal policies and standards and local requirements.
  • Maintain accurate HRIS records and support strong documentation practices.

Regional projects and continuous improvement

  • Identify opportunities to simplify HR processes and improve documentation quality.
  • Support regional HR initiatives, systems implementation, and employee experience projects.
  • Bring a proactive, service-oriented mindset to improving how HR work gets done.
