Job Description

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, Payroll Administration, HR Operations, or related roles.
  • Hands-on experience processing end-to-end payroll and administering employee benefits.
  • Experience using Talenta by Mekari for payroll, attendance, leave, and employee data management.
  • Strong understanding of Indonesian labor regulations, BPJS, PPh 21, overtime, and payroll compliance.
  • Experience reconciling payroll data with Finance and resolving payroll discrepancies.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including data validation, reporting, and payroll calculations.
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage confidential employee and payroll information with high integrity.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with HR, Finance, and external vendors.
  • Experience in HRIS implementation, payroll migration, system transition, or payroll process improvement projects is highly preferred.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing.
  • Ensure payroll accuracy and timeliness.
  • Administer BPJS and PPh 21.
  • Manage attendance, leave, overtime, and employee benefits.
  • Maintain payroll and employee data within Talenta.
  • Reconcile payroll data with Finance.
  • Resolve payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries.
  • Support compensation reviews and salary administration.
  • Generate payroll and HR reports.
  • Coordinate with Talenta support team regarding payroll-related issues.
