Job Description:

Work with business units to enhance team performance and improve climate environment aligning with company's strategies and core values
Facilitate BU team leads to find the solutions and proactively deliver related to HR Processes
Builds a strong business relationship with the BUs
Develop and shape programs to address business-specific needs covered risk concerns
Manages complex and difficult employee-relation issues
Be a team player of HR project designation namely talent development, organizational structure, succession plan

Requirements:

Master or Bachelor degree in Business Administration or related field
1-4 years of HR experience in a fast-paced environment previous experience as HR generalist / HR consultant or HRBP
Relevant experience in tech or Internet industries
Strategic thinking: Quickly evaluates situations, combines strong business judgement and people intuition to reach well-founded decisions
Able to work at pace while maintaining appropriate attention to detail and standards
Proactive and collaborative
Comfortable to work with ambiguity and empowerment
