Role Overview
As an HR Business Partner, you will partner closely with business leaders to align people strategies with business objectives. You will act as a trusted advisor on organizational development, talent management, employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning while driving HR initiatives that support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to understand organizational priorities and develop HR solutions that support business objectives.
- Provide strategic and operational HR support across employee relations, performance management, talent development, and organizational effectiveness.
- Coach managers on people management, employee engagement, and HR best practices.
- Lead the performance management cycle, including goal setting, performance reviews, succession planning, and development planning.
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to support workforce planning and hiring strategies.
- Identify learning and development needs and coordinate capability-building initiatives.
- Analyze HR metrics and workforce data to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor regulations and internal HR policies.
- Support organizational change initiatives and foster a positive employee experience.
- Stay updated with HR trends, employment legislation, and industry best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 12 years of experience as an HR Business Partner, HR Generalist, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proven experience in employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.
- Strong business partnering, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS.
- Fluent in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Working location : Jakarta
