Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar strategic HR role.
- Strong expertise in Strategic HR Planning and aligning HR strategies with business objectives.
- Demonstrated experience in Workforce Planning, talent acquisition strategy, and resource allocation.
- Proven track record in driving Organizational Development initiatives, including change management and talent development.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills to effectively partner with stakeholders at all levels.
- Solid understanding of labor legislation, employee relations, and HR best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree or HR certification like SHRM-CP/PHR is preferred).
- Ability to work full-time on-site at our office location.
