Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and versatile HR and GA professional to support our growing office in Jogja. This role will primarily focus on recruitment while also driving employer branding initiatives and managing general office affairs to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process for various positions (Sourcing, Screening, Coordinate interview with hiring managers)
  • Build and maintain talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
  • Execute employer branding initiatives to strengthen company attractiveness
  • Create and support recruitment campaigns, career events, and employer branding activities
  • Build partnerships with universities, communities, and external talent networks
  • Support employee engagement and internal culture activation programs
  • Handle office administration and ensure smooth day-to-day office operations
  • Coordinate office facility maintenance, vendors, and office supplies procurement
  • Support onboarding logistics and workplace readiness for new employees
  • Maintain a productive, organized, and employee-friendly office environment

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, or related field
  • 2–3 years of experience in HR, preferably with exposure to recruitment and general affairs
  • Strong recruitment and interviewing skills
  • Experience in employer branding / talent attraction initiatives is a plus
  • Good organizational and project management abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Creative mindset with ability to build engaging employer branding campaigns
  • Willing to be based in Jogja
