Talent Planning & Acquisition: Work closely with business units to analyze current talent status, participate in organizational design and HC planning, and efficiently complete talent acquisition through diversified recruitment channels to support rapid business expansion.
Strategy Deployment & Business Partnership: Deeply understand business logic and team operation models, facilitate effective implementation of HR strategies within business departments, and act as a partner for business growth.
Team Building & Talent Development: Responsible for capability building of the business team, design talent development programs based on employee growth paths, and systematically promote talent pipeline and succession planning.
Organizational Diagnosis & Integrated Solutions: Identify issues in organizational and team operations, apply professional HR methodologies and tools to deliver integrated solutions covering recruitment, training, performance, employee relations, and other modules, and drive closed-loop implementation.
Culture & Climate Cultivation: Co-create a positive organizational climate and culture, effectively promote and embed company values during rapid growth.
Administrative Operations Management: Coordinate daily office operations, administrative policies, assets, meetings, employee welfare, and other affairs to ensure efficient, compliant, and cost-effective administrative services.
What You Will Nee
Education: Full-time bachelor's degree or above
Work Experience: 8+ years of relevant HR experience, including at least 2 years as an HRBP
Industry Preference: Prior HRBP experience in retail, consumer goods, or pop culture/entertainment industries is preferred
Professional Competencies: Familiar with the three-pillar HR model, solid hands-on experience and solution design capabilities in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, talent development, etc. Experience in general administrative management is a plus
Language Skills: English and Indonesian required as working languages (Chinese is a plus); fluent in listening, speaking, reading, and writing
