Job Summary :
This role is responsible for managing and controlling the overall Human Resources and General Affairs functions to support company operations under the K3S / PSC scheme, ensuring that manpower planning, recruitment, employee relations, HR administration, payroll support, training, compliance, and office services are delivered effectively, efficiently, and in accordance with company policies, labor regulations, SKK Migas requirements, and operational business needs.
Job Details
- Develop HRGA work plans aligned with company business objectives, operational needs, and PSC/K3S requirements
- Prepare and monitor manpower planning based on approved organization structure, business expansion, workload, and budge
- Manage employee administration, including employment contract, probation, contract extension, promotion, transfer, mutation, and termination
- Supervise compensation and benefit administration, including salary, allowance, BPJS, insurance, medical benefit
- Coordinate payroll input preparation, including attendance, overtime, allowance, deduction, new joiner, resignation, and employee status changes
- Review salary adjustment, promotion increment, benefit entitlement, and other compensation related proposals
- Manage office facilities, building coordination, maintenance, office layout, utilities, and workplace support
- Prepare annual HRGA budget covering manpower cost, recruitment cost, training cost, employee welfare, medical benefit, office services, facility maintenance, transportation, and GA operational expenses
- Prepare HRGA budget assumptions based on headcount plan
- Manage employee relations, grievance handling, disciplinary actions, warning letters, and conflict resolution
Qualification
- Bachelor Degree from relevant major (Management/Psychology/Law
- Proven experience in HR Generalist positions or from similar area as HRGA Manager (min. 2 years exp)
- Experience in oil & gas, K3S, is preferred
- Fundamental knowledge of HR functions (recruitment, performance management, C&B, learning & development, employee relations)
- Depth knowledge related Indonesia labor Law (Industrial Relations) and any government regulation.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong leadership, good communication and negotiation skills
