Role Description

The HR Administration Intern will support the Human Resources team in daily operations, including maintaining personnel records, assisting in recruitment processes, and ensuring compliance with HR policies. The intern will aid in the coordination of employee benefits and help streamline HR processes to enhance overall efficiency. This is an internship position based on-site at the university campus in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Qualifications

  • Basic understanding of Human Resources (HR) concepts and principles
  • Knowledge of HR Management and HR Policies
  • Familiarity with Employee Benefits and related procedures
  • Skills in Personnel Management and organizing employee records
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and general computer applications
  • Enthusiasm for learning and ability to adapt to a dynamic environment
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
