The People Scout is a recruitment firm dedicated to connecting potential talents with leading companies across industries.On behalf of our client, they are a fast-growing manufacturing company with operations based in Subang, West Java.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end HR administration including employee data management, contracts, and personnel filing systems
- Support full-cycle recruitment processes, job posting, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding
- Administer attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination in compliance with Indonesian labor law (UU Ketenagakerjaan)
- Maintain and update HR policies, SOPs, and documentation to support the company's growth stage
- Coordinate employee engagement activities, training logistics, and performance management support
- Liaise with government agencies for regulatory compliance and reporting requirements
- Support the development of HR systems and processes as the company scales
- Act as a point of contact for employee relations and general HR inquiries on the factory floor
Requirements:
- 5 years of working experience in related industries
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or related field
- Strong understanding of Indonesian labor law
- English communication skills (written & spoken) is a strong advantage
- Agile, proactive, and comfortable working in a greenfield company environment
- Willing to be based in Subang, West Java (on-site)
