Make a letter relating to the Employee
Verify and store document of Eemployee
Take a picture for ID Card.
Distribute health insurance card.
Verify reimbursement document.
Manage, collect and archive all personnel document.
Manage the master data of employee
Upload and update data of employees.
Carry out all duties or tasks in accordance with HSE rules and related procedures or regulation to produce quality of work that meet the required standard.
Participate in internal training or other knowledge enrichment program to improve knowledge and skill.
Report any issues or problems to his/her superior
Follow the direction from his/her superior.
Responsibilities Training Admin
Ensure the readiness of training materials.
Purchase (prepare) for equipments or needs: training logistics (tools, refreshment, lodging, transportation, etc.) training program.
Ensure the readiness of facilities and infrastructure, including tools for training.
Ensure participants registration process and coordination for in house and public training.
Prepare for participants and instructors attendance list.
Set up classroom equipment (flip chart, marker, stationary) & sitting arrangement.
Break time arrangement.
Input data and support training or certification evaluation.
Save, archive and protect training or certification documentation.
Conduct administration process for training or certification.
Conduct monitoring for certification and related license acquired by training.
Administrating training budget allocation and its reporting.
Support training vendor selection process, including its payment.
Carry out all duties or tasks in accordance with HSE rules and related procedures or regulation to produce quality of work that meet the required standard.
Participate in internal training or other knowledge enrichment program to improve knowledge and skill.
Report any issues or problem to his/her.
Follow the direction from his/her superior.
Minimum Qualifications
Requirements HRAS Admin:
Have 2-3 years experience as HR Admin especially handling employee benefit like BPJS and/or Health Insurance.
Understand about business process in steel manufacture
Understand Human Resources Management and Human Resource Administration
Have a good knowledge about employee's benefit and compensation.
Have a good knowledge of Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
Able to effective communication
Fluent in English, both oral and written
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Power Point).
Willing to work in Cilegon
