Research and implement full-module HR & Admin systems, workflows and management policies in compliance with local laws and regulations.
Take charge of recruitment for key local overseas positions, and build local recruitment channels and talent pool.
Manage compliance and labor relations, ensure full compliance with local labor laws and regulations, and oversee the entire employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
Establish the administration and logistics system; be responsible for initial office preparation, set up logistics service system, formulate administrative budget and control costs.
Establish, maintain and coordinate external relations related to local overseas HR and administrative affairs.
Complete other tasks assigned by leadership.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above, major in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related disciplines; fluent in English and Mandarin.
At least 3 years of working experience in full-cycle HR functions.
Outstanding cross-cultural communication competency.
Capable of advancing projects efficiently under limited resources, and able to adapt to high-intensity work in the initial startup stage.
Strong practical execution and overall balancing capability.
Proficient in local labor laws, regulations and relevant practical operations.
