Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Research and implement full-module HR & Admin systems, workflows and management policies in compliance with local laws and regulations.
  • Take charge of recruitment for key local overseas positions, and build local recruitment channels and talent pool.
  • Manage compliance and labor relations, ensure full compliance with local labor laws and regulations, and oversee the entire employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
  • Establish the administration and logistics system; be responsible for initial office preparation, set up logistics service system, formulate administrative budget and control costs.
  • Establish, maintain and coordinate external relations related to local overseas HR and administrative affairs.
  • Complete other tasks assigned by leadership.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above, major in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related disciplines; fluent in English and Mandarin.
  • At least 3 years of working experience in full-cycle HR functions.
  • Outstanding cross-cultural communication competency.
  • Capable of advancing projects efficiently under limited resources, and able to adapt to high-intensity work in the initial startup stage.
  • Strong practical execution and overall balancing capability.
  • Proficient in local labor laws, regulations and relevant practical operations.
