Qualification

Strong ability to categorize room conditions, including occupancy status and equipment readiness.
Skilled in preparing clear and structured reports for management and relevant departments.
Excellent coordination skills with maintenance and housekeeping teams.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant reporting tools.
Excellent proficiency in both written and spoken English.
