Summary
As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you are responsible for supervising work activities of Housekeeping Attendants to ensure clean, orderly, and attractive rooms in the hotel/resort. You delegate duties, inspect work, investigate complaints regarding housekeeping service and equipment, and take corrective action. You also make purchases for housekeeping supplies and equipment, take periodic inventories, screen applicants, train new team members.
Qualifications
The successful candidate will meet the following criteria,
- Previous experience in Lifestyle Hotels.
- Display confidence, strong decision making and training skills
- Strong leadership quality, efficient time scheduling
- Computer Literacy in Opera Fidelio, Microsoft Office
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
