Join the Dijiwa Sanctuaries family as a Housekeeping Staff member at Ecozy Dijiwa Canggu, where every space we create is designed as a sanctuary for the soul. In this role, you will be the invisible artist behind the peaceful, pristine environment our guests experience during their stay. Your attention to detail and genuine care for creating memorable moments will directly impact how our guests feel when they walk into their rooms and throughout our property.
At Dijiwa, we believe housekeeping is far more than cleaning—it is an art of anticipation and细腻 (delicate care). You will transform each room into a welcoming haven that reflects the warmth of Indonesian hospitality. Working closely with ourGuest Services and Maintenance teams, you will ensure every corner of our sanctuary meets the exceptional standards that define the Dijiwa experience.
Success in this role means consistently delivering spaces that exceed guest expectations while maintaining efficiency and maintaining our sustainability commitments. Key Responsibilities
- Perform thorough room cleaning and sanitation following Dijiwa's signature standards, ensuring every detail reflects luxury boutique hospitality
- Conduct daily inspections to maintain impeccable room standards, addressing any issues promptly and proactively
- Restock and organize amenities with care, ensuring all supplies meet quality expectations
- Collaborate seamlessly with team members and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Report maintenance needs and equipment issues to the Housekeeping Supervisor immediately
- Maintain strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental protocols
- Handle guest requests with warmth and efficiency, going above and beyond when possible
- Participate in training sessions and continuously improve skills in hospitality best practices
