Job Description

Role Purpose:

We are seeking a Hotel Contract Loader to support our Land Load team by managing the availability of hotel rooms, tours, cruises, and transfer services across multiple systems. This role is responsible for accurately loading, updating, and verifying travel-related inventory, ensuring data accuracy and consistency while identifying and resolving discrepancies to support client operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, organized, and able to work with a high level of precision.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and update the availability of hotel rooms, tours, cruises, and transfer services in accordance with client requests
  • Load and amend contracts in Travelbox, and perform cross–quality control (QC) checks to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Assist in investigating and resolving data or inventory discrepancies to support smooth operational processes

Qualifications


  • Proficiency in English, especially in written communication, to handle client instructions and documentation
  • Strong analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail and organization
  • Familiarity with the Travelbox system
  • Experience in QC or data management in the travel or hospitality industry
  • Prior exposure to loading or managing travel-related inventory or contracts
  • Willing to work at both Central Jakarta (Batu Tulis, Gambir) and BSD City, Tangerang
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including rotating shifts on a 24/7 schedule
