Role Description The Hostlive is a full-time, on-site role based in Tangerang, responsible for hosting and presenting live streaming sessions to promote PT Aroma Prima Livindo's perfume and beauty brands. This role includes preparing product knowledge and scripts, showcasing products in an engaging way, and interacting with viewers in real time to answer questions and encourage sales. The Hostlive collaborates with the marketing and content teams to plan live session themes, align promotions, and review performance metrics. Daily tasks also involve setting up live streaming equipment, maintaining a professional on-camera presence, and ensuring brand image and communication are consistent with company guidelines.
Qualifications

• Strong presentation and public speaking skills, with confidence and professionalism on camera.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to engage audiences and respond to questions clearly.
• Interest in or knowledge of beauty, cosmetics, and perfumery products, with willingness to learn detailed product information.
• Basic familiarity with live streaming platforms, social media, and online selling tools.
• Ability to work on-site full time in Tangerang, including flexibility for live sessions in peak viewing hours.
• Attention to appearance and grooming to represent the brand positively during live broadcasts.
• Organizational skills to prepare scripts, product displays, and live session schedules effectively.
• Prior experience in hosting, sales promotion, retail, or content creation is an advantage.
• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; further education in communications, marketing, or related fields is a plus.
