Role Description The Host Live Tiktok & Socmed Admin Intern role is an internship position with a remote working arrangement. In this role, the intern will host live sessions on TikTok and other social platforms, engaging audiences through interactive discussions, product highlights, and culturally relevant topics. The intern will support social media administration, including managing posts, monitoring comments and messages, and assisting with content scheduling. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with the team to prepare live session topics, responding to audience inquiries, and providing basic support to partners or brands featured in livestreams. The internship offers hands-on experience in social media hosting, community interaction, and digital content operations.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills, including clear speaking, active listening, and engaging on-camera presence.
• Customer Service abilities to respond to audience questions, handle feedback professionally, and maintain a positive viewer experience.
• Training and mentoring skills to help guide viewers through live activities, product usage, or platform features when needed.
• Experience or familiarity with the ability to present offerings and encourage audience interest.
• Comfort hosting on TikTok Live and other social platforms, with basic understanding of social media trends and youth culture in Indonesia.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage time effectively, and collaborate with a distributed team.
• High level of professionalism, reliability, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced digital media environment.
• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a related field (e.g., Communications, Marketing, Media, or similar) is an advantage, but not mandatory.
