Role Description The Host Live Streaming is a full-time, on-site role based in Tangerang, responsible for presenting and promoting PT Aroma Prima Livindo products through live streaming sessions on various digital platforms. On a daily basis, this role will host engaging live broadcasts, demonstrate products, explain features and benefits, and interact with viewers in real time to answer questions and encourage purchases. The host will collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to plan content, align promotions, and follow scripts or guidelines while maintaining a natural and authentic presentation style. Additional tasks include preparing product samples, monitoring viewer feedback, supporting customer inquiries during live sessions, and participating in training to improve hosting skills and product knowledge.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear speaking, active listening, and the ability to engage audiences in live streaming formats.
• Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, respond to feedback, and maintain a positive, professional attitude with viewers and buyers.
• Candidates should possess Training-related skills, such as the ability to absorb product knowledge quickly and apply guidance from supervisors or trainers to improve hosting performance.
• Candidates should possess Sales skills, including basic understanding of sales techniques, persuasion, and converting viewer interest into purchases during live sessions.
• Candidates with familiarity with Food & Beverage promotions or other consumer goods showcases may have an advantage in presenting lifestyle products effectively.
• Additional beneficial qualifications include comfort in front of the camera, basic knowledge of social media and e-commerce platforms, punctuality, and the ability to work flexible hours aligned with streaming schedules.
• Previous experience in live streaming, retail, beauty or perfumery products, or as a brand ambassador is an advantage, as well as a high school diploma or equivalent education.
