Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Jakarta, Indonesia, with flexibility for partial remote work.

The Live Streaming Host will be responsible for planning, hosting, and executing regular live streaming sessions (based on 2-hour sessions) across multiple platforms.

Requiring the host to adapt communication style, storytelling, and product emphasis according to each brand's positioning and target audience.

Key responsibilities include engaging audiences in real time, presenting and promoting products clearly and naturally, managing live interactions (comments, questions, and responses), and maintaining energy and consistency throughout each session.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences
• Experience in customer-facing roles, live hosting, or interactive content is highly preferred
• Comfortable managing live streaming sessions in a professional environment
• Able to adapt tone and delivery to suit different brands and target audiences
• Basic understanding of sales or affiliate-driven content is a strong advantage
• Excellent time management, adaptability, and on-camera confidence
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to handle independent hosting responsibilities
• Familiarity with live streaming platforms (TikTok Live, Shopee Live, or similar) is preferred
