Host Live Streaming Coordinator (Baby & Kids Category)

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and execute daily live streaming sessions across platforms such as TikTok Shop, Shopee Live, and other digital channels.
• Coordinate livestream schedules, product line-ups, promotional campaigns, and scripts with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure all products, pricing, vouchers, and promotional mechanics are prepared before each livestream.
• Support and coordinate livestream hosts, including briefing, scheduling, and performance monitoring.
• Monitor livestream performance in real time and provide operational support to ensure smooth execution.
• Track key performance metrics, including GMV, viewers, engagement, conversion rate, and average order value.
• Prepare post-livestream reports and provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Work closely with Marketing, Merchandising, Warehouse, and Customer Service teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
• Stay updated with industry trends, platform features, and competitor activities to improve livestream performance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in live streaming operations, e-commerce, digital marketing, or campaign coordination.
• Familiar with TikTok Shop, Shopee Live, or other live commerce platforms.
• Strong project coordination and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple livestream schedules simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to adapt to changing business needs.
• Analytical mindset with experience interpreting livestream performance data.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends when required for livestream schedules.
