Will be responsible for managing and hosting engaging live stream sessions that captivate our audience from start to finish.
Provide clear and accurate information to viewers during the live stream, ensuring their questions about products are addressed in a professional and friendly manner.
Plan and execute live streams on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, ensuring all sessions run smoothly and align with the companys marketing strategy.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative and exciting content for each live streaming session, keeping the audience engaged and informed about the latest skincare or mens grooming trends.
After each session, you will be responsible for summarizing and reporting on the sales generated, providing valuable insights for the team to refine our live streaming strategy.
Requirements:
At least 1 years of experience in the same position within the retail personal care products industry
Fresh graduate with internship/freelance experience can apply
Broad knowledge of personal care products and trends to confidently explain and recommend solutions to our customers.
Excellent communication skills (clearly and engagily)
Confident, lively, and approachable personality that shines through on-screen.
You are motivated to meet and exceed sales targets through live streaming and are always looking for ways to improve performance.
This position requires flexibility, with a 40-hour workweek and shifting arrangements based on sales targets and live streaming schedules.
Immediate availability, willing to work at midnight (midnight shift only)
