Job Description:
- Deliver professional, high-quality service to guests in line with hospitality and F&B standards.
- Ensure all guest areas, dining spaces, and service stations are properly set up and fully prepared before each service period.
- Maintain exceptional levels of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety across all work areas at all times.
- Respond to guest requests, questions, and feedback with courtesy and professionalism to ensure an outstanding guest experience.
- Support daily operational tasks, including opening and closing procedures, restocking, and coordination with other team members.
Requirements:
- Strong English proficiency with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Minimum one year of experience in a 5-star hotel, fine dining restaurant, or similar luxury hospitality or F&B environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a genuine passion for delivering high-quality guest service.
- Friendly, professional, and confident when interacting with guests and team members.
