  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve organizational goals and increase market share.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development in the hospital
  • Proven ability to develop and implement successful sales and marketing strategies.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and motivating teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and market trends to drive strategic decisions.
  • In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations, industry standards, and hospital operations.
