Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Health Sciences, Business, Marketing, or a related field. A master's d - egree is an advantage.
Minimum 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, medical device, or healthcare-related industries, with significant exposur - e to hospital channels
Proven track record in key account management, hospital business development, and achieving sales target.
Strong understanding of hospital procurement processes, product standardization, formulary listing, and stakeholder mapping within pu- blic and private hospitas.
Established network with hospital stakeholders, including Hospital Directors, Procurement Committees, Medical Committees, KOLs, and physicians, particular - l
y within the Ob/Gyn segmnt.
Experience managing distributors and coord- inating cross-functional tams.
Strong analytical, negotiation, presentati - o
n, and business planning sills.
Excellent communication skil- ls in Bahasa Indonesia and Eglish.
