Hospital Sales Jr. Specialist (Supervisor)

Job Description:

• Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve organizational goals and increase market share.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the sales, marketing, and customer relations teams to ensure high performance and professional growth.
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, healthcare partners, and key stakeholders to foster long-term partnerships and collaborations.
• Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions and identify opportunities for growth.
• Prepare and present reports on sales performance, marketing effectiveness, and customer satisfaction to the executive team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development in the hospital
• Proven ability to develop and implement successful sales and marketing strategies
• Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and motivating teams
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze data and market trends to drive strategic decisions
• In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations, industry standards, and hospital operations
