About the Position

We are currently seeking an experienced FSE to provide installation, basic operational training and repair services within an assigned area to assure continuity of customer operations and high levels of customer satisfaction.

Your duties as a Hospital Market Development include but are not limited to the following:

  • Lead market expansion and sales promotion for genetic sequencers and related products in Indonesian public and private hospitals.
  • Develop targeted expansion strategies and achieve sales and market share goals through direct sales or distributor models. Candidates with channel resources are preferred.
  • Deeply explore hospital customer needs (e.g., clinical testing requirements of different departments) and provide customized solutions based on the company's product strengths, driving product adoption and long-term cooperation.
  • Lead end-to-end hospital customer lifecycle management, including customer acquisition, needs assessment, solution presentation, tender follow-up, contract signing, and after-sales relationship maintenance, establishing a stable customer cooperation system.
  • Accurately understand procurement processes of Indonesian public hospitals (e.g., government tendering, centralized procurement) and procurement mechanisms of private hospitals; efficiently drive project implementation and resolve key issues during procurement.
  • Conduct research on Indonesian healthcare policies, hospital market dynamics, and competitor activities; prepare market analysis reports to support product iteration and market strategy optimization.

The successful candidates for this position are able to demonstrate:

  • Bachelor's degree or above; majors in medicine, biomedical sciences, or related fields preferred.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in Indonesian hospitals (public or private), such as clinical departments, procurement departments, or medical equipment sales.
  • Familiar with procurement workflows, decision-making chains, and key influencing factors of public and private hospitals in Indonesia.
  • Candidates with successful cases of introducing medical equipment (especially gene sequencers or IVD devices) into hospitals will be prioritized.
  • Possess strong Indonesia hospital resources (including but not limited to hospital management, procurement departments, laboratory departments, pathology departments, and other key stakeholders), with the ability to quickly build client networks and convert opportunities.
  • Excellent cross-cultural communication, negotiation, and project execution skills; able to independently coordinate with multiple hospital departments and efficiently resolve issues during cooperation.
  • Familiarity with the gene sequencing industry or IVD field is preferred; understanding of Indonesia's healthcare policies and market trends is a plus.
