Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership to achieve the hospital's vision, mission, and long-term objectives.
• Oversee hospital operations, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and accreditation standards.
• Drive continuous improvement in clinical quality, patient safety, and patient experience.
• Lead, develop, and motivate a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals.
• Manage financial performance, including budgeting, cost efficiency, and sustainable revenue growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders: physicians, regulatory bodies, community leaders, and business partners.
• Anticipate and adapt to healthcare trends, digital transformation, and innovations in patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Hospital Administration (MARS), Healthcare Management, or a related discipline (preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a Hospital Director in a reputable hospital.
• Strong understanding of hospital operations, clinical governance, and healthcare regulatory frameworks in Indonesia.
• Demonstrated leadership in managing large teams and complex healthcare organizations.
• Solid financial acumen with experience in budgeting and performance management.
• Excellent communication, decision-making, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• A strategic thinker with integrity, accountability, and commitment to quality healthcare delivery.
