Key Responsibilities:
1.Capability Building & Training
Support HQ team and regional teams in developing & implementing market-specific training modules and drive learning and development initiatives for Sales teams.
- Monitoring Training & Development Execution: Implementation, Oversight, Track and ensure timely delivery of training programs in regions, Ensure Performance Measurement by using KPIs such as training completion rates, assessment scores and post-training performance improvements to evaluate effectiveness.
- Help Design & Develop Training Content: Help Create structured, market-specific training materials (presentations, e-learning modules, playbooks, videos) that address FTTH business needs, including product knowledge, sales techniques, compliance and customer engagement.
- Standardization, Localization & Continuous: Content Refresh Ensure content is aligned with regional market nuances for relevance and effectiveness. Regularly update training materials based on new product launches, process changes and feedback.

2.Sales Compliance Management
Enforce Sales SOPs, norms and ethical selling standards. Monitor compliance and Conduct audits and reviews to detect anomalies. Implement corrective actions for non-compliance.
3.Manage Vendor OS
Coordinating closely with OS vendors to ensure alignment on requirements and timelines, maintaining the quality of manpower supply by monitoring vendor performance and managing AE recruitment allocation based on regional requirement.
- Implementing and tracking recruitment plans, regularly reviewing progress against targets.
- Closely monitoring AE attrition to minimize impact on operations and ensure sustained workforce supply by Vendor OS.
- Coordinate with Vendor OS, Quality of Manpower supply, AE Recruitment allocation, Implement Recruitment Plans and Check Progress.
