About the Role

GPS is seeking a dedicated Homeroom Teacher for our Elementary School division. You will plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the National Curriculum while serving as the primary academic mentor and character guide for your class. Strong English proficiency and the ability to teach fully in English are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver differentiated lesson plans aligned with the National Curriculum

• Teach core subjects fully in English and maintain an English-rich classroom environment

• Build a safe, inclusive, and positive classroom culture

• Monitor student progress through formative/summative assessments and student portfolios

• Provide constructive feedback to support academic and social-emotional growth

• Communicate regularly with parents/guardians on student development

• Collaborate with subject teachers, coordinators, and support staff

• Contribute to extracurricular activities and school events

Requirements

• S1 in Primary Education (PGSD) or relevant field

• Proven experience as a Homeroom Teacher at SD / ES level

• Fluent in English — able to teach all subjects fully in English

• Strong classroom management and portfolio management skills

• Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
