Responsible for managing homepage assets and monitoring the performance.
Responsible for feature related discussion with the Product team if there is any improvement/issue and new feature launch starting from planning until product launching.
Create a marketing plan for any new feature launch.
Responsible for continuous improvement on overall buyer UI/UX starting from homepage until checkout page.
Liaise with the Competitor Intelligence team to conduct research/study for understanding user needs if needed.
Explore new initiatives to improve conversion funnel including but not limited to homepage assets.
Support and coordinate with other departments, including but not limited to tasks that involve managing homepage assets.
Ensure smooth, accurate and timely execution of marketing efforts like campaigns, partnerships and ads.
Identify key trends and mechanics that drive traffic and order conversion.
Monitor and benchmark to competitors.
Liaise with Regional and Product Team for bugs and errors.
Liaise and coordinate with multiple stakeholders across multiple departments within the company.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree required; excellent English proficiency.
At least 4 years experience in commerce/food delivery and UI/UX preferred; strong data analysis and Excel skills are a plus.
Hands-on, proactive, with strong executional abilities, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Independent, self-motivated, able to take on ambiguous projects, multitask, and prioritize under pressure.
Experience in managing people or leading projects is an advantage; team player with a growth mindset.
Detail-oriented, reliable, practical judgment, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
