Home Health Aide

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Home Health Aide, located in Aceh, Indonesia. The Home Health Aide will provide essential care services to individuals in their homes, ensuring their comfort and well-being. Daily responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living, providing personal care, ensuring proper patient care, and supporting overall health needs. This role requires compassionate communication and a commitment to improving the quality of life for individuals under care.

• Proficiency in Activities of Daily Living (ADL) support, including meal preparation, grooming, and mobility assistance
• Experience in Home Care and ensuring the comfort and safety of patients
• Strong skills in Communication to interact effectively with patients and their families
• Expertise in Patient Care and implementing individualized care plans
• Knowledge and experience in performing Personal Care, including hygiene assistance
• Empathy, attention to detail, and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
• Relevant certifications or training in caregiving or health aide responsibilities are a plus
• Ability to communicate effectively in the local language is preferred
