Home Billing & Collections Automation & Digital Payment Lead

Job Purpose:

To drive automation and digital payment adoption across the billing and collection lifecycle, improving efficiency, increasing payment success rate, and accelerating cash collection through seamless customer experiences.

Main Responsibility:

1. Drive Automation Strategy: Design and implement automated workflows (reminders, dunning, triggers) to improve collection efficiency/billing operational improvement.

2. Expand Digital Payment Adoption: Increase usage of digital channels (e-wallet, auto-pay, banking integration) to improve payment success rate

3. Coordinate with Customer Experience to Optimize Payment Experience: Simplify and enhance customer payment journey to reduce friction and increase conversion.

4. Monitor Digital & Automation Performance: Track adoption, conversion, and success rates of digital payment and automation initiatives.
