Job Description Summary :
To oversight, monitor, align and provide guidelines to operation control function of all refineries in performing their responsibilities (inventory control and asset controls), and also manage end-to-end insurance process for assets and stocks in HO and all refineries (budgeting, renewal, periodic review, premium payment, claim)
Job Description:
- Perform independent reviews of project procurement activities to assess compliance with internal policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.
- Review procurement and financial documentation (e.g., SC, QCF, tender documents, PO, contracts, VO, RAB) to ensure completeness, accuracy, proper justification, and policy alignment
- Assess procurement processes and project execution practices to identify control gaps, inefficiencies, or compliance risks.
- Identify key issues and provide constructive, advisory recommendations to improve procurement controls and compliance practices.
- Document review outcomes, prepare structured reports, and present observations and recommendations to the Head Office Controller for escalation and follow-up.
- Collaborate with System & Procedures, Procurement, and Project teams to clarify, enhance, and consistently apply procurement-related policies and procedures.
- Perform procurement controls and compliance reviews at Head Office and across all refineries, in line with approved governance frameworks.
- Support continuous improvements in procurement governance, efficiency, and process discipline.
- Build effective, trust-based working relationships while maintaining professional objectivity
Job Requirement :
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, or Accounting from reputable University.
- Minimum of 8 year(s) of proven and relevant experience in Operations Controlling, Procurement Controls, Project Controls, or Compliance-related roles, preferably within the FMCG industry
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills with the ability to identify risks and control gaps.
- High attention to detail with a structured and objective approach
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple reviews simultaneously.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey findings clearly and constructively.
- Willing to be based at Head Office, Jakarta, with readiness to travel to refineries when required
