Your Responsibilities
- Source qualified candidates for low, mid, senior, and executive-level positions
- Review candidate profiles and submit Qualified CVs that meet client requirements
- Collaborate with Delivery Managers to understand hiring needs and priorities
- Utilize sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn, Boolean Search, job portals, and social media
- Maintain candidate tracking using company-recommended tools
- Continuously develop your recruitment expertise through our 101 Recruitment Hacks training series
