We are urgently hiring for a Floor Manager for our leading Silk Saree Showroom located in Vijaynagar & Ramamurthy Nagar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the showroom, managing the staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the showroom to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Manage staff schedules, training, and performance evaluations to foster a motivated team environment.
- Ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained by all staff members.
- Handle inventory management including stock ordering, receiving, and organization.
- Implement sales strategies to achieve showroom sales targets and increase profitability.
- Monitor visual merchandising and ensure the showroom is aesthetically appealing and properly stocked.
- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate updates, promotions, and sales strategies.
Skills and Qualifications
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in retail management software and inventory systems.
- Ability to analyze sales data and implement effective sales strategies.
- Understanding of customer service principles and practices.
- Experience in the textile or fashion industry, particularly with silk sarees, is a plus.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer complaints professionally.
