Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Hemodialysis Nurse role based in Bandung. The Hemodialysis Nurse will provide safe, high-quality dialysis treatment to patients, including pre-treatment assessment, monitoring during procedures, and post-treatment evaluation. Responsibilities include preparing and operating dialysis equipment, administering prescribed medications and fluids, and maintaining accurate clinical documentation. The role involves collaborating with nephrologists and other healthcare professionals, educating patients and families on dialysis care and lifestyle, and ensuring adherence to infection control and patient safety protocols. The nurse will also support quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a positive, patient-centered care environment.
Qualifications
  • Valid nursing license and professional registration in Indonesia, with completion of an accredited Nursing program (Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Nursing).
  • Clinical experience in hemodialysis or nephrology nursing, including patient assessment, monitoring of vital signs, and management of chronic kidney disease.
  • Proficiency in operating and troubleshooting dialysis machines and related equipment, with strong adherence to infection control and safety standards.
  • Solid knowledge of hemodialysis protocols, fluid and electrolyte balance, and emergency response for dialysis-related complications.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for patient education, family counseling, and effective collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced hospital environment, manage multiple patients, and maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation.
  • Willingness to work scheduled shifts, including weekends or holidays as needed, and to participate in ongoing professional training.
  • Prior experience in an international-standard or tertiary care hospital is an advantage; basic computer literacy and familiarity with electronic medical records are beneficial.
