Job Summary:**
Assist delivery drivers in the efficient and safe transportation and delivery of food products from PT Japfa Food Indonesia to various customer locations, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Job Responsibilities:**
- Load and unload food products from delivery vehicles, ensuring proper handling and securing of goods.
- Assist the driver with route navigation, identifying optimal paths and potential obstacles.
- Verify order accuracy against delivery manifests and customer invoices.
- Safely deliver products to designated customer locations, following all company procedures and customer requirements.
- Assist with the proper storage and organization of products within the vehicle.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the delivery vehicle.
- Communicate effectively with drivers, dispatch, and customers regarding delivery status or issues.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies during loading, transportation, and unloading.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisors or drivers.
Job Qualifications:**
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy packages (up to 25 kg) frequently.
- Good physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately verify orders.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Knowledge of basic safety procedures is a plus.
- Prior experience in a delivery or warehouse environment is advantageous but not required.
