Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Informatics Engineering, Information Systems, or a relevant field.
- Minumum 3 years of experience in Application Support/Technical or related preferably within financial or wealth management systems.
- Understanding of basic database concepts (simple SQL queries).
- Familiarity with Linux/Windows Server, log monitoring, and ITSM tools (Jira, ServiceNow, Freshservice, etc.).
- Experience analyzing application logs (Grafana, Kibana, ELK or similar).
- Familiarity with CRM application (Salesforce, Zendesk, etc.).
- Good communication skills and ability to work with non-technical users.
- Strong problem-solving skills, detail-oriented, and able to work shifts (if needed).
- Able to create technical documentation and SOPs.
Job Descriptions:
- Handle incidents, service requests, and application-related issues.
- Monitor application performance and ensure availability.
- Conduct initial troubleshooting and create knowledge base documentation.
- Coordinate with the development team for bug fixing and system improvements.
- Produce regular reports related to SLAs, incidents, and problem management.
- Perform basic application configurations as needed.
Work Arrangement:Full Work From Office (WFO) at our Jakarta HQ.
Candidates are expected to perform duties on-site to ensure effective coordination and alignment with our business operations.
