Conduct periodic evaluations of the calf-rearing system.
Plan, coordinate, and monitor the management of dry pregnant cows, transition cows, heifer transitions, and calving activities.
Coordinate, supervise, and take responsibility for the calving process, as well as post-calving care for both cows and calves.
Develop and regularly update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in accordance with established systems and procedures.
Plan and conduct training programs for staff to continuously improve their knowledge, skills, and work attitudes in line with company needs.
Prepare and ensure the timely completion of accurate reports related to calf care and management activities.
Consistently implement 5S principles to maintain a safe and comfortable working environment.
Perform other duties assigned by superiors or management to achieve organizational objectives.
