Berca Mandiri Perkasa - MEP Engineering, Member of CCM Group, is seeking an experienced HVAC Estimator to join our Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) Engineering team
In this role, you will play a crucial part in preparing tender estimates, designing optimized HVAC layouts, calculating Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and Budget Plans (RAB), and coordinating closely with cross-functional project teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Cost Estimation & Budgeting: Calculate work volumes based on construction drawings and prepare comprehensive Budget Plans (RAB) and Bill of Quantities (BOQ).
- HVAC Design & Layout: Design HVAC systems based on Basic Engineering Design Data (BEDD) provided by clients, including layouts for indoor/outdoor AC units, ducting, piping, and electrical lines.
- Site Management & Coordination: Oversee HVAC system construction coordination, site management activities, and collaborate with Estimator Engineers regarding unit prices and installation costs.
- Cross-Disciplinary Teamwork: Work closely with multi-disciplinary teams, vendors, and site personnel to ensure project milestones and cost parameters are met.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Refrigeration, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical field).
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience as an HVAC Estimator within an HVAC Contractor or MEP Contracting firm.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of commercial and industrial HVAC systems (Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning).
- Key Competencies:

- Mobility: Willingness to be placed at all PT Berca Mandiri Perkasa project locations as needed.
