We're Hiring: Healthcare System Shaping Project Specialist

We are seeking a passionate, driven professional to lead impactful healthcare initiatives, particularly to improve breast cancer care pathways. This role lets you work across stakeholders, shape patient-centered programs, and contribute to better health outcomes at a system level.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute Healthcare System Strengthening (HSS) projects, ensuring alignment with national healthcare priorities and delivery of measurable outcomes
- Drive the implementation of Breast Cancer End-to-End Pilot initiatives, translating action plans into effective, data-driven results
- Design and manage patient navigation workflows, ensuring seamless coordination between lay and clinical navigators to minimize patient loss-to-follow-up
- Integrate and optimize digital health platforms (e.g., SATUSEHAT, ASIK) to enhance patient tracking, data accuracy, and reporting capabilities
- Monitor program performance and generate insights to demonstrate impact on patient outcomes and healthcare system effectiveness
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government bodies, healthcare providers, professional organizations, and community groups
- Act as a liaison with task forces and stakeholders to advocate for program initiatives and support multidisciplinary collaboration
- Coordinate project logistics, including meetings, stakeholder communications, and documentation of public-private partnerships
- Track project milestones and deliverables to ensure alignment with national strategies and timelines (e.g., RAN-KP)
- Prepare regular reports, dashboards, and documentation to support decision-making and stakeholder updates
- Provide operational and administrative support for additional HSS initiatives as required
- Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, regulations, and ethical standards, including data privacy and healthcare governance
- Maintain accurate documentation and complete all mandatory compliance trainings to uphold organizational standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in healthcare project management
- Strong understanding of Indonesia's healthcare system (JKN/BPJS, referral pathways)
- Knowledge of the breast cancer patient journey is a strong advantage
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex projects
- Data-driven mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working with digital health platforms
- Fluent in English (written & spoken)
