Health Safety Environment Supervisor

PT Medco Power Energi Services (MPES), is one of subsidiary of Medco Power Indonesia (MPI) based in North Bolaang Mongondow, North Sulawesi, is looking for professionals with the following qualifications:

Job Description

• Ensure and responsible to all work activities undertaken in Power Plant are in a safe, healthy and environmentally friendly manner in accordance with applicable K3LH systems and policies in Power Plant
• Organize and coordinate all work related to K3LH in the Company in conformity with Government Regulations and applicable
• Cooperate and coordinate a cross Department to ensure that the K3LH program is made in accordance with the relevant departments
• Improve Work Program Procedures and Work Instruction related to K3LH and ensure it is well implemented in Power Plant
• Improve and ensure procedures and systems for the prevention and mitigation of emergencies in Power Plant
• Coordinate and maintain good relationships with relevant agencies, business associates and local policy holders for K3LH implementation at the Power Plant
• Coordinate with the HR Department for K3LH training of all HSE employees and personnel
• Responsible for the Security, Safety and Health of the Power Plant

Requirement

• Bachelor degree in Environmental Engineering / K3 Engineering / Public Health / Engineering Competence or Special Skill
• Ahli K3 Umum
• Understand the International HSE Standard
• Understand the Regulations relating to Republic of Indonesia Government K3LH
• Understand the Emergency Response Management System of the company
• Able to conduct Accident / Incident investigation, analyze, evaluation and report
• Understand SMK3, ISO-9001, ISO-14001 and OSHAS-18001 and Security Management System (SMP) of Vital Objects
• Able to conduct Risk Assessment and Risk Control related to Power Plant
• Have management and leadership skill
• Minimum 3 (Three) years experience in the same fie
