Responsibilities
- Collect and analyze information related to the development of the Compliance Management System, and prepare the annual work plan
- Establish and operate the Compliance Management System according to requirements, including the preparation of system documents
- Train employees on system documents and assist departments in improving management documents
- Promote and supervise the operation of the management system, and plan ad execute annual audits
- Prepare the internal review and management review plan, and organize the audit and reviews
- Develop training materials for the management system and train internal staff and internal auditors
- Complete cross-departmental tasks and address other assignment from superiors with timely feedback
- Handle ISO 14001, 9001, 45001
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree majoring in environmental engineering
- Previous experience engaged in legal related work or QHSE management system at least 2 years
- General Occupational Health & Safety Expert (Ahli K3 Umum)
- Occupational Health & Safety Environmental Expert (Ahli K3 Lingkungan Kerja)
- Good in English
