Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Project Support, SPX Express

Job Description:
- Process and analyze operational and HSE data related to the middle mile process including but not limited to line haul/unit inspection, driver working hour & working days, driver behaviour, and fatigue assessment.
- Build and maintain HSE dashboards from middle mile data as the basis for KPI monitoring and decision-making.
- Prepare periodic recaps and trend analyses of incidents, inspections, observations, and compliance data.
- Create meeting decks and presentation materials (weekly/monthly reviews, management reports, project updates).
- Prepare cross-functional meeting materials related to middle mile HSE programs.
- Develop HSE training materials such as modules, slides, and handouts according to program needs.
- Generate graphic designs for HSE communication needs: posters, infographics, banners, safety campaigns, and other communication media.
- Create and update facility layouts and emergency response layouts (evacuation routes, assembly points, fire extinguisher/hydrant placement, etc.).
- Support the implementation of the HSE management system in the middle mile process area (inspections, risk assessments, incident reporting, audit support).
Requirements:
- Possess Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1) in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in HSE, logistics operations, or project support.
- General OHS Expert certification (AK3 Umum - Kemnaker) or basic HSE training.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (pivot tables, lookup formulas, large-dataset processing Power Query/VBA is a plus).
- Able to build dashboards through Excel or Google Sheets.
- Experience in creating presentations using PowerPoint/Google Slides with clean, communicative visuals.
- Skilled in graphic design tools such as Canva, Adobe Illustrator, or Photoshop to create facility layouts and emergency response layouts.
- Willing to be placed in Cakung, East Jakarta.
