Health Coordinator

About the role

We're building a preventive and chronic care support programme for adults managing blood sugar, blood pressure, and cholesterol. As Health Coordinator, you'll be the main operational contact for the member — coordinating everything in the background while the health coach owns the trusted relationship. You'll book appointments, send reminders, and follow up with members to keep their care on track.

This is a coordination role, not a clinical one. You won't provide nursing duties, diagnosis, or medical advice.

Who they are

• Ideally has clinical-assistant experience; in Indonesia, a nurse background may fit.
• Does not provide nursing duties, diagnosis, or medical advice.
• Engaged as a full-time consultant on a contract basis.
• Located in Jakarta Greater Area
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia
