Job Purpose :
To strengthen Home regional sales performance through integrated business controlling, performance management, and analytics, ensuring data accuracy, financial discipline, and insight-driven decisions that enable timely corrective actions and elevate organizational execution.
Main Responsibility :
- Evaluate regional sales and operational performance in detail to identify KPI shortfalls, conversion bottlenecks, and underlying drivers requiring structured corrective actions.
- Manage performance deviations and financial variances, extrapolate trend patterns, and uncover operational or commercial risks that may impact regional execution.
- Oversee end-to-end data integrity and reporting governance by validating accuracy, completeness, timeliness, and alignment with financial and compliance standards.
- Design and refine standardized dashboards and insight frameworks to provide opinion that supports decision-making.
- Review Home Business performance and propose improvements by conducting forecasting, business control reviews, and analytical deep-dives.
