Job Description

Head of Offline Channel directs a company's physical, non-digital market presence. His / Her drive revenue, brand visibility, and distribution across retail networks, modern trade (supermarkets), general trade, and pop-up events. This role builds strategic relationships with distributors and partners to optimize in-store experiences.

Key Responsibilities

- Distribution Strategy: Architecting strategies to expand your footprint across general and modern trade.Retail Marketing: Overseeing in-store branding, Point-of-Sale (POS) displays, and merchandising to boost sell-through.

- Trade Partnerships: Negotiating terms and collaborative campaigns with distributors, retailers, and external vendors.

- Team Leadership: Managing regional sales forces, promoters, and trade marketing teams to hit revenue targets.Typical Qualifications

Experience: 

- 5+ years in offline sales, trade marketing, or distribution management (typically within Electronics, Smartphone, or Gadget Industry).

- Commercial Acumen: Strong negotiation skills for securing optimal shelf space and co-marketing agreements.

- Analytics: Ability to track store-level profitability, inventory velocity, and offline return on investment (ROI).
